Let me share with you a little about what I do as a health and fitness coach with Team Beachbody and how my weight loss journey has brought me to help so many friends and family live healthier fulfilled lives. When I first joined as a coach, my intentions were to do so to get the discounts on the amazing products beachbody has to offer. I never in a million years thought I would truly develop a passion for this business and be so inspired by the lives I have helped change.
In November 2011, I became a coach and instantly was welcomed into The Fitness League NE and the Ultimate Fitness Team(UFT) Facebook pages and felt so welcome and supported on this new journey and opportunity. After carefully thinking about my own journey of health and fitness and how I felt amazing, I then realized that being a coach meant I was supporting and motivating others to achieve their goals both physically and financially. I absolutely love helping others and feeling inspired by their determination and perseverance.
Since taking this business seriously, I have built my own team, Team Aspire and together we are aspiring to an improved health and financial future. My husband is part of my team and we have been able to take several vacations and have extra income in the bank because of this business.
